Cemented carbide is a kind of alloy made of one or several refractory
carbide powder, which is added to the metal powder as binder.
It is mainly used in the manufacture of high-speed cutting tools and
cutting tools, hard and ductile materials, and the production of cold die, and
not by measuring the impact and vibration of high wear-resistant parts.
Cemented carbide can maintain high hardness and excellent wear resistance
at 900~1000 DEG C. Because of the high hardness and brittleness of cemented
carbide, it is no longer necessary to do the cutting and regrinding after
sintering. The special process, only by EDM, wire cutting, EDM, electrolytic
grinding or special grinding.
