Carbide Composite Rods
The Composite Rods is produced by sintering of the mixture of Carbide Grit, Copper, Nickel and Zinc alloy, to produce a premium quality Composite Rod. Tough they are very simple products, but in order to get a excellent quality, Stringent quality control is needed thoughout the procedures. Before any production process, Material is usually thoroughly cleaned to ensure the best possible wetting properties, both during manufacture and application.
To meet different applications and conditions, the carbide grit or particles ( usually from the Crushed Cemented Carbide products) should be sorted out and classfied stingently.Tungsten Carbide Grit either “blocky” with sharp edges for cutting application or “rounded” Tungchip Tungsten Carbide Grit for wear applications.
